  • Postcode/zip code (required for service matching)

  • We do NOT track your precise GPS location continuously

Video Analysis:

  • Video recordings submitted by Customers
  • AI-generated analysis and estimates
  • Service categorization data
  • This data is processed to provide estimates and match services

2.4 Payment Information

For Providers:

  • We collect payment information via Stripe for Success Fee billing
  • We do NOT store full credit card numbers
  • Payment data is processed by our payment processor (Stripe)

For Customers:

  • We do NOT collect or process Customer payments
  • Customers pay Providers directly outside our platform
